Dear Quail Run Elementary School Families,

Since the 2023 school year, the Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) has been diligently working behind the scenes to update our PTO Bylaws. Our goal has been to bring our operating document up to current standards and provide clear guidance for Quail Run's future boards of officers.

We are excited to share that the proposed adoption of this new document aims to better support our dedicated educators and our ever-changing and growing student body. We believe these updates will help us better serve our school community and continue to make Quail Run Elementary School a nurturing and successful environment for all.

Both the past and new proposed document are available below for our Quail community to read, review, and compare. At next month's general meeting (Thursday, March 27th), we will put the proposed document up for a vote to adopt as the PTO's working document.
